[SAP] MD04 재고/소요량 목록 보는 법 Stock/Requirements List

MD04

재고 요구 사항 목록은 실시간 재고 상황과 모든 수요 및 공급 요소를 표시하는 데 사용된다. 이것은 물류 영역에서 일어나는 모든 일을 표시하므로 SAP의 물류 기능에 가장 중요한 기능이다. 트랜잭션 코드: MD04를 사용하여 보고서가 실행될 때마다 실시간 상황을 표시하는 동적 목록이다.

수요 요소(Demand Elements) : 자재 재고에 대한 요구 사항을 생성하여 플랜트 또는 창고의 재고를 신용(또는 감소)하는 MRP 요소를 수요 요소라고 한다. 따라서 수요 요소는 재고 요구 목록( 트랜잭션 코드: MD04 )에서 '-ve' 재고로 표시된다.

MD04에 표시되는 가장 일반적인 수요 요소 중 일부는 다음과 같다.

 

• Concrete demands for Finished Goods from customer in terms of Sales order or schedule lines -> 확정오더
• Planned Independent Requirements for Finished Goods coming up from S&OP – Sales forecast -> FCST
• Material Reservations
• Dependent Requirements for a Semi finished or Raw material

공급 요소 (Supply elements) : 요구 사항을 충족하여 플랜트 또는 창고의 재고를 인출(또는 추가)하는 MRP 요소를 공급 요소라고 한다. 공급 요소는 재고 요구 사항 목록에서 '+ve' 재고로 표시된다. 

MD04에 표시되는 가장 일반적인 일부 공급 요소는 다음과 같다.

• Purchase Requisition for externally procured materials which are then converted to Purchase order
• Planned order for inhouse produced materials which are subsequently converted to Production order

첫 번째 행에는 항상 플랜트의 현재 재고인 '재고'가 표시된다.

Stock Requirement List 에는 날짜, MRP element, MRP element 데이터, 일정 조정 날짜, exception message, 입고/요구량, 사용 가능한 수량, 저장 위치 및 생산 버전과 같은 다양한 필드가 표시된다. 공급업체와 고객을 표시할 수도 있다.

일자는 수요/공급 요소를 표시한다.

MRP element는 독립 소요량, 계획 주문, 판매 주문, 납품, 생산 주문 등과 같은 수요/공급 요소를 표시한다.

MRP element 데이터는 다음과 같은 MRP 요소에 대한 많은 정보를 표시한다.

 

• The customer order number, delivery number, planned order number, production order number etc.
• The requirement type for the Independent requirement like VSF, LSF etc. which displays if the requirement is for make-to order or make-to stock scenario.
• If the planned order is firmed.
• Displays the production order number and order type. It also displays if the order has been released.

입고/소요량 수량(Receipt/Requirement Quantity)은 수요/공급 요소의 수량을 표시한다. 수요 요소 수량이 음수로 표시되고 공급 요소 수량이 양수로 표시된다.

가용 수량(Available Quantity)은 수요 및 공급 요소를 기반으로 일자에 가용한 순 재고를 표시한다.

 

시스템은 Planner의 주의를 끌기 위해 exception message를 생성한다. 플래너는 예외 메시지를 두 번 클릭하고 화면 하단에서 예외 메시지의 세부 정보를 볼 수 있다. 그림 1에서 플래너가 관찰하는 가장 일반적인 예외 메시지 중 하나인 'Reschedule In'을 의미하는 예외 메시지 '10'을 볼 수 있다. 또 다른 일반적인 예외 메시지는 'Reschedule Out'을 의미하는 '15'이다. 예외 메시지 재예약을 위해 시스템은 Rescheduling Date' 열에 날짜를 제안한다.

' Show Overview Tree’ ' 버튼을 클릭하면 그림 2와 같이 'Order Report'가 표시된다. 주문에 필요한 모든 구성 요소를 표시할 수 있다. 구성 요소와 해당 입고 요소를 표시하는 다단계 보고서이다. 주문 보고서는 조립품 생산 또는 구성 요소 조달의 잠재적인 문제를 파악하는 데 도움이 될 수 있다. 거래 코드: MD4C를 사용하여 주문 보고서를 실행할 수도 있다.
